Accounting Associate (m/f/d) Full-Time – Entry-Level Position for School Leavers

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated individual for our Accounting department, full-time (38.5 hours/week).

Your Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day bookkeeping
• Recording and checking incoming and outgoing invoices
• Preparing outgoing invoices
• Assisting with account reconciliation
• Managing and filing receipts and documents
• Supporting monthly and annual financial statements
• General administrative tasks in the finance department

What You Bring

• Completed commercial education (HAK, HAS, HBLA or equivalent)
• Interest in numbers and economic relationships
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Willingness to learn and motivation to learn new things
• Careful and structured way of working
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility

Salary & Employment Terms

• Starting salary of gross € 2,199.15 per month (collective agreement for salaried employees in the metal trade)
• Payment according to collective agreement – willingness to pay above scale depending on qualification
• Full-time, 38.5 hours/week
